Flash Restore has created a new and proven approach to addressing the danger posed by the ever-increasing indoor environmental hazards. Flash brings a disciplined, high integrity approach to an otherwise fragmented and untamed industry and expanding market. Flash Restore is a property emergency disaster care company specializing in damage mitigation and contaminant remediation in the State of Florida. Co-Owner Donald Brodsky is also the owner of House of Floors of Palm Beach, Inc, a 20-year old industry leading floor covering sales & installation company. Over the years an increasing number of House of Floors clients, several of which are now Flash customers, had called seeking emergency care for disastrous flood, fire, smoke, mold, and biohazard events. It was this call to action which drove Donald to investigate the business of emergency mitigation, remediation, and restoration. Recognizing a unique opportunity in an industry wrought with poor quality service, lack of knowledgeable field technicians, and less than acceptable ethical business practices Donald began taking industry IICRC courses in mitigation and remediation of fire, water, mold, and biohazards. It was through this commitment that, in 2015, Flash was born. ‎Flash’s mission is to provide an excellent client experience through skilled application of mitigation and remediation services, applying unwavering levels of honesty and integrity. Realizing the tremendous growth opportunity and the need for operational and financial controls, Nanette Cohen was invited to invest in and join Flash as an operating partner in 2016. Learning the industry, and leveraging experiences from her past successes, growing and harvesting multimillion dollar companies, Nanette brings to Flash a high level of discipline and controlled growth.
