Value is the owners’ mission statement.  They feel you build wealth by providing value to others.  They have owned the Flamingo for 35 years and they publish their rates in advance with no add-ons or gimmicks.  They do not charge for extra people, no parking fees, no cleaning fees, no surprises.  Even local phone calls and Wi-Fi are free. That philosophy appears to be working.  You may have to call early to get the room or floorplan of your choice, but walk-ins are always welcome for that last minute trip.
