About Flamingo Lake & RV Resort Flamingo Lake RV Resort opened in 1988 as a modest campground and has grown to what is one of the premier campgrounds in the North Florida / Southern Georgia region. We offer 285 full hook up sites offering both 50 and 30 amp service, cable, sewer, & water. Flamingo Lake RV resort also has 4 cabins and we offer 2 Yurts for a more primitive camping experience since we do not allow tent camping at our park.Among our many features is free wi-fi service, a complete laundry facility with heavy duty commercial washers and dryers, a general store stocked with many convenience items that RV’ers can grab without having to leave the park. We also have a beautiful swimming pool, a spring fed, state certified for swimming, 17 acre lake with an aqua park for refreshing fun on those hot summer days, and we have a rec hall and club house that can be rented for events you might want to have here at the park. Last but not least, no visit to Flamingo Lake RV Resort would be complete without a visit to our Sun Rise Cafe offering breakfast, lunch, & dinner 7 days a week with delivery to your site free of charge. We are proud partners with Good Sam making us a “Good Sam Park”, we also are members of the FRVTA ( Florida RV Trade Association ) as well as the Florida ARVC (Association of RV Parks & Campgrounds). We just finished a major remodel of our kitchen in the Flamingo Lake RV Resort is located in North Jacksonville (Exit 32 off I-295) just minutes from the Jacksonville International Airport and only 10 minutes to Everbank field . Our park offers plenty of space and lush views from it's sites, picnic, and recreational areas.
