I enjoy the operations and implementation side of the business. Taking care of the details (dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s would be what I’d be doing if we ever wrote anything down any more!). I love the organizational process, laying out the procedures and doing the follow up so nothing goes left unattended and everyone and everything is taken care of, all the time.
