Lori joined the Akima family of companies in 2007 with over 20 years of experience in business development, marketing, operations management, contracting and project management. Lori became President of Five Rivers Services in 2012. Previously, Lori was Director of Business Development for Five Rivers, growing this global technology and services company to $35M in annual revenue. Lori brings breadth and depth of proven business leadership from her roles at previous companies including SAIC, bd Systems, ITT, and Stanford Telecom. Lori has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, an M.A. in Communication from the University of Northern Colorado, and is certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt from the University of Michigan. Andrea joined Five Rivers Services in 2009 as the Director of Operations. She brings over 15 years experience in Information Technology (IT), program management, software and quality assurance largely with Department of Defense (DOD) area. Andrea has a B. S. in Computer Information Systems Management from Colorado Christian University. She is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and is also Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 Foundations certified. Andrea is skilled and educated in all aspects of management, software and systems engineering life cycle activities utilizing the Compatibility Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) process improvement approach.
