Founded in 1984 Fitts & Goodwin, Inc. is a second generation Columbia, South Carolina, based general contractor and construction firm. For more than thirty years, we have provided general contractor services to industrial, commercial, and institutional clients throughout the Southeast. It is the philosophy of our firm that a successful construction project results from a team effort of all parties involved: owner, architect, general contractor and subcontractors. These members produce a construction product meeting the owner’s requirements for quality and schedule and at the same time, providing the construction team with a reasonable profit and opportunity for repeat business.
