Fitness Proaction provides comprehensive fitness assessments and plans that encompass all aspects of wellness, including cardio, resistance, flexibility, and nutrition. We offer one-on-one training and support from a top Certified Trainer in the privacy of a personal workout suite and on state-of-the-art equipment. Sessions are booked by appointment only, however cardio equipment is available for all clients during open hours. Fitness Proaction is owned and operated by Jan Verhagen. Jan obtained her Bachelor of Health Sciences in Physiotherapy from McMaster University in Hamilton Ontario, Canada. Her practice included all areas; from hospital in-patient acute care right through to out patient rehabilitation. She has been in the health and fitness industry for over twenty- five years and is certified with the Aerobics & Fitness Association of America (AFAA) for Primary Group Instruction and Personal Fitness Training. In addition, she is an Aerobics & Fitness Association of America (AFAA) Workshop and Certification Specialist (trainer of trainers). Fitness Proaction provides you with state of the art equipment to optimize and maximize your workout experience and help you achieve your goals.
