Carly met me where I was and helped me progress on my journey of improving my health. She continually stressed "healthy lifestyle" over weight loss. Three months later, I'm down 21 pounds, but more importantly I know how to continue this journey into healthy living. Carly is a health coach with culinary skill. Her recipes are seasonal, easy to prepare and chock full of taste and ingredients that do more for your body than you can know. She puts you at ease in the kitchen even if you have zero cooking experience. I would highly recommend Carly's cooking class to others (just hope you get a spot before they sell out!).
