We are blessed to have the beautiful beaches of Volusia county for our backdrop to workout. So much easier to motivate to go workout when you have this to look forward to.  * We are available for coaching bootcamps for large groups at your special event or location. as a means of lifestyle and not dieting. I have lost 45 lbs and kept it off ever since. I found my passion of helping others to do the same. Being blessed with the most gorgeous places on earth to call #ourgym, it is my motivation to inspire others to do the same. We are more than just another bootcamp, we do other activities including, Yoga, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, along with other planned outings and even bondfires on the beach!!!  I am a certified NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Nutrition Specialist.
