In 2009, she became a Certified Personal Trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). For years she has helped people reach their weight loss goals. This year, Jen gave a few grocery store tours to low-income families through the Low Country Food Bank. She is also a Medicaid approved provider for obesity management & weight loss.
