I’ve worked with clients 1-on-1, in groups and on various teams, and though all these forms are valid and can be effective, I’ve found that group personal training seems to be the best approach as it addresses the majority of people’s needs in a fun and supportive environment while keeping the cost down for the clients. We can help more people and charge less money, so everyone wins! (The standard cost for 1-on-1 training is typically $400-600 a month, with some being in upwards of $1,000+ per month…like working with myself 1-on-1 a few times a week). This is the best VALUE and really we’ve jam packed this program with tons of bonus benefits and features that you simply won’t find anywhere else. to provide greater value to you, the client (saves you money!) Based on interval training (HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training), the sessions at Fit Camp 35 are total body functional workouts that can be progressed (made harder) or modified (made easier) for everyone to participate and see improvements in their strength, endurance and capability during the training. The main focus of Fit Camp 35 workouts is to burn Fat & tone/shape the entire body, so you don’t have to worry about getting too big or bulky. Instead, you get a fit, lean physique that is capable and strong, and you optimize what you have without having to spend all day in the gym. Fit Camp 35 workouts are extremely dynamic and ever-changing, however we believe that your body is certainly a capable machine but a variety of tools can help optimize your fitness faster and better. -Suspension Trainers: a great way to utilize gravity and your body as resistance and it really helps balance out the body with pulling movements that aren’t attainable with most exercise tools. What’s so different about Fit Camp 35? Here at Fit Camp 35, we focus on the things that help optimize for accelerated fat loss/weight management while also creating a sustainable lifestyle of overall health. Admittedly, that’s very hard to accomplish in this age of “quick fixes” and instant gratification, when so many programs and products promise instant results through clever marketing, but often disregard the potential long term effects or inability to sustain such approaches. We do believe that you can get significant results quickly Again, we address all 5 of the Components of Health: Nutrition, Exercise, Hormone Balance, Gut Health and Mindset (or as we like to call it: “Success Management”), and you would be hard pressed to find anyone else that incorporates this holistic approach with the team and expertise that we do here at Fit Camp 35. This is where you ultimately want to be! Chad used to run a fancy big box gym (over 35,000 square feet) and he saw that this was perhaps the least effective way for people to achieve their goals of weight loss and overall health. The bulky, expensive space-hogging machines and all the other fancy equipment just confuses you, discourages and frustrates you, and set up for imbalances in your body since everything is isolated to certain muscle groups, mostly seated and the majority of people don’t know how to (or necessarily want to) create a balanced lifting program. And as far as the group classes at these gyms go, the truth is though they are more fun than walking around the gym to figure it out on your own, they are so general and one-size-fits-all that most members plateau quickly and don’t get results.
