We are a family-owned gym in business since 2011 located in the city of Coral Springs, Florida. Owner Rick and Megan Davies (brother and sister) strive to make their gym a place where people feel comfortable and welcome while specializing in helping adults and famillies achieve lasting results in healthy eating along with a safe but effective fitness plan. Co-owner, George Davies, their dad, a certified nutrition and wellness consultant, heads up the warrior nutrition challenges held throughout the year; and Robin Davies, affectionately called "The Momager," takes care of the gym opperations. And finally, Gregory is not family, but we consider him a part of our family. He has been with us since we opened. From the day he walked into our gym, we knew that he would be an incredible asset in helping us grow. He is very popular with our early morning group and members rave about his compassion, motivation and professionalism. The Coaches at TFW Coral Springs understand that anyone can make someone tired, but not everyone can make someone better. Our enthusiastic approach and positive energy will get anyone excited about fitness. Our coaches motivate and inspire people to not only get results in our DOJO, but also in life. Our gym is conveniently located in the heart of CORAL SPRINGS on Sample Road just west of University Drive, just minutes from Parkland, Tamarac, Boca Raton, Margate and Coconut Creek. With our unlimited no-contract memberships and over 140 monthly group fitness classes to choose from, our classes are geared for all fitness levels whether you are an athlete or someone just looking to be more active. We are located in the Atrium Plaza just west of University Drive on the south side of Sample Road.
