Sabrina moved from North Georgia to the Florida Keys in 2001 and loves being able to live, work and play in the beautiful islands she now calls home.  Being married to a "Conch" (someone who was born and raised in the Keys) has helped Sabrina to truly appreciate the local land and waters and easily make her transition into the Upper Keys Community.  Sabrina brings her southern charm to the Keys and her extensive Real Estate experience is a huge asset for the needs of her valuable clients. Please give us a call so that we can discuss this cycle! When you visit the Keys, most of the time, you are on vacation, right? We know that. You are hear to enjoy your time, not spend every moment seeing property (or, maybe you are!) With that in mind, we prefer to schedule showings well in advance of your visit. Because we are a secondary market, many properties tend to be occupied with vacationing tenants. Last minute showings do not ensure entry, and we want to maximize your experience here. We cannot stress enough the need to schedule your showing times as far in advance as possible. Last minute showings these days can be rare, especially in high season. We like to consider our buyer customers new friends, we are here to help you decide where you will ultimately call home (or, your temporary home). When we sell you a house, we hope that you are so happy that you will never want to re-sell it.  Life happens, but every time we run into past customers,  we love to see the smiles on the faces of our new residents and see that they've adapted to our beautiful, small community with all of the wonderful other people that call the Florida Keys home! When it came time for my husband and I to buy our first home, we knew that Sarah was the person we should talk to. We never felt pressured or pushed into something we weren't interested in, but at the same time Sarah surprised us with a showing of a house that we thought would be out of our range. It turned out to be the house we bought! This house was a short sale situation, so the hardest part of the entire process was the wait period. During that time Sarah did her best to keep us updated. We always felt that we were in good hands with Sarah and Sabrina, and we're very pleased with how everything turned out! My husband and I wanted to buy a vacation home in the Keys, even though we currently live and work in another state. We were concerned about the logistics of doing this long distance — how many trips would we have to take to find a place, and once we found a place, how difficult would it be to pull off a closing from a 1000 miles away? Who would pay attention to all those annoying little details you have to worry about during the house buying process? Then we found Sarah and Sabrina, and we stopped worrying! They were terrific. When we came into town to look at houses, they spent the time up front to understand what we wanted, had everything lined up & were extremely organized. We found a house on the first visit, but couldn't agree with the seller on a price. Since they now knew what we were looking for, they watched out for another property for us. We trusted their judgment enough to put an offer on one sight unseen. They kept track of all the "to do" list all the way through the closing process, and we closed on time with no problems. We are now the happy owners of a house in Islamorada, and want to extend many thanks to both Sarah & Sabrina — they made the process a breeze, and we were thrilled with the result. I would recommend them to anyone looking for efficient, organized and knowledgeable realtors.
