We are sad to announce the passing of our beloved instructor, mother, and friend Aunt Terri. Terri left us unexpectedly on August 12, 2011. Terri was a licensed real estate Broker and real estate Instructor in the state of Florida for more than 30 years. She was previously appointed to the Florida Real Estate Commission Education Task Force. This appointment was based on her expertise and professionalism, and she was asked to serve (on a voluntary basis) with other top real estate educators, authors and professionals in the industry. She was VERY well-known and respected in the industry for her “results” and extreme professionalism as well as her amazing sense of humor and compassion. She acquired a nationwide reputation for her dynamic “bottom-line” delivery of the state exam Prep course with an incredible track record for “first time results”! Her instruction was directly responsible for helping thousands of individuals obtain real estate licenses in Florida. Call any Brevard County real estate office and ask about her by name. We are sure that you will hear many heartfelt and funny stories from her prior students as well as raving reviews. We have decided to honor her memory by continuing real estate instruction and will be using her extensive amount of material and methods that she developed over her long and illustrious career.
