MISSION STATeMENT First Round Management was founded in 2008 by current President and C.E.O. Malki Kawa, recognized as the top agent in the sport of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) AND NFL. The Miami, Fla.-based firm has grown to today represent the top ATHLETES in all of MMA, including in the UFC, the world’s top promotion. Ibrahim "Abe" Kawa a Miami native joined First Round Management in 2012. His background in real estate and finance have assisted him in becoming a licensed Manager. He is fluent in three languages. English, Spanish and Arabic. He has been an integral part of the FRM team and experience includes sponsorships, sports and entertainment marketing, client management and contract negotiations. He has been representing world renown athletes in all major MMA organizations/promotions. Abe’s goal is to see his clients attain all that they aspire to be by training hard all while doing business with integrity and honesty.
