We are available to serve you year-round! During the 2015 tax season, Gisele worked as a preparer for a local Jackson Hewitt franchise, where she handled many diverse tax situations. She also was awarded by the local franchise owner for her productivity during the season. Geoffrey served his country for over 20 years; first in the US Navy, and later as a Correctional Counselor with the Federal Bureau of Prisons. He is now a Case Manager with the Federal Bureau of Prisons. His experiences in this environment provide a unique skill set suited to office management. Geoffrey has over seven years of experience in payroll management, where he was responsible for coordinating the monthly payroll for over 1500 individuals. He also coordinates a financial responsibility program where he provides mentoring and outreach to over 700 individuals. Geoffrey is also a master multitasker – as a Correctional Counselor, he managed over 100 caseloads and simultaneously supervised up to 20 individuals. Geoffrey’s diverse abilities make him the ideal choice to manage First Response Tax Service. It also helps that he works for free because he and Gisele are married!
