Prior to Real Estate, Michelle was a manager in the grocery industry for Publix & Kash & Karry. She also had her own home – based business while her children were little. She is currently a Leader in the community working with her home based church Branch of Christ with a passion for The Well, and Hope for Childrens Home. Michelle is very involved with her husband Joe who is a leader in the community as a manager for Publix. She has two children Lauren and Collin and two granddaughters Aria Bel and Abree Ana. Michelle is also a member of the local Wesley Chapel Chamber and on the Leadership team for BNI Business Leaders in New Tampa along with Youth Leader of Ignite at her local church Branch of Christ. Joe will be bringing his expertise to First in Real Estate services, expanding our service areas into the additional markets of commercial, large scale residential builders, and homeowners associations. and now performs the routine property inspections for our homes. He also helps lead a church whose goal is to see justice and peace come to Tampa. Barb is a mom of 2 and proud grandmother of 2 handsome grandsons. The Wisconsin transplant lives in Wesley Chapel with her daughter and her husband, Bob. In her spare time, she designs and sells custom stationery. Having been a teacher at the elementary level for several years, earning a highly effective rating, as well as having taught as a substitute for all grades, Amanda then decided to pursue the real estate business. Originally from Massachusetts, she has lived in Florida for most of her life, but graduated as an English major with a Bachelor's degree in elementary education from Central Connecticut State University. She later earned her sales associate license and joined FIRST in 2016. Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband, Keith, and her two sons, as well as the rest of her family and friends. She loves music and singing, and is part of the worship team at Branch of Christ church. She also stays involved with her sons' school activities and sports, helping in whatever way she can. Amie is married to her loving husband, Chris, and they have three beautiful children. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, sports, and watching movies. Because of her background, she is very detailed orientated, a great communicator, and loves working with people. She developed a passion for real estate several years ago and in 2016 decided to focus her career in the real estate field by becoming a real estate agent. After searching the web and reading reviews of several property managers, I decided to use FIPM’s services. When I reached out to Michelle for help in renting my home, she came to my house the following day, February 8, 2018. We did a walk through and she explained how they could help. Talking to Michelle was like talking to a good friend. I could tell that she was sincere and dedicated to providing great customer service. We listed the house on February 19, 2018. Two days later, Lauren called to tell me they had a renter. And by the end of the month, the renter moved in. Wow! This dynamic team exceeded all my expectations.
