About First Florida Landcare First Florida Landcare, INC. was founded in 2005 by owner , Mike Mason. A native Floridian, Mike was born and raised in South Florida. From an early age, Mike helped his parents landscape his own yard, priding himself on having the best lawn in the neighborhood. Developing his talents further, he went on to work his first job at the age of 18 at ValleyCrest Landscape Maintenance. He quickly moved up in the company to become a foreman, overseeing and managing all operations of his “crew.” Mike moved on to work at Stiles Lawn Service for many years. Then he started his own company, First Florida Landcare, INC. With over 25 years of experience, Mike knows the industry inside and out. He is not only a business owner who is readily available for his customers, but one that works side by side with his employees, when necessary, in order to get the job done. His knowledge includes Commercial Monthly Maintenance, Flower Rotations, New Installations, Plant and Flower Enhancements, Mulching, Fertilization, Irrigation, Pest Control, Tree Trimming and Aquatic Maintenance. First Florida Landcare, INC. is located at 3410 N.E. 2nd Ave in Fort Lauderdale and services South Florida’s Tri-County area. Clients include apartment complexes, HOA’s and shopping plazas such as The Palms of Sawgrass Mills, City Furniture, Ed Morse, Sunrise Harbor, Coral Palm Plaza, Mizner Court at Broken Sound, and Palmetto Place.
