Renewed my BLS certification with First Coast CPR and I couldn't be happier. I completed the e-learning component of the BLS at home and came in to perform the skills portion in the classroom. Rachel was an excellent instructor and gave me real-time feedback during my CPR performance. I now feel much more confident in my life saving skills. Thank you! This was my first time taking this class but it was so very well planned, thought out and an awesome learning environment. The instructor Rachel did an amazing job helping each of us and I highly recommend this facility! Loved that Carlos kept us entertained while teaching this class. He's a great instructor and made it easy to learn for the new ladies and gents. I will return to First Coast CPR for my next renewal. Highly recommend First Coast CPR for all CPR/AED/Lifesaver courses. The staff is truly knowledgeable, helpful and has so much experience. I took the CPR course for health care providers with Ashley. She made the course interesting and fun. I highly recommend taking this course. He was very knowledgeable and funny. Class practice on material we're interesting and made the class more realistic. Great teacher. I would recommend any of his classes to anyone looking to have a fun interactive time learning or recertifying CPR or any other class he offers. I never say this but I am very impressed. Will be taking all my recertification s with First Coast. I did the online module and then did my skills check in person with Carlos.He worked with me from step one, the automated system didn’t send me my link for my module right away and Carlos helped me through it.For my skills portion, he helped me through and gave me great feedback. I will be returning and will recommend.Very helpful to have classes in Fernandina and Jacksonville. Thank you! Submissions After someone added submission you will see it on our plugin main page. Click on the number of submissions and you will be redirected to the submissions page. On submissions page you can Export submissions to CSV, edit or delete submissions. If you click on the edit button then you will see the popup window where you can edit every submission. Make the changes and then click update. Also, you can choose what fields exactly you want to export.
