To assist our industry as they conduct their annual inspections, DHI has created an Inspection Report form and a Model Business Agreement available to those who have successfully completed the Fire Door Assembly Inspection class. The Inspection Report form will be used to document their inspection(s). Building owners will then be able to keep the necessary paperwork on file in compliance with the new code requirements.
