Throughout his life, he has given back to the community. When his sister succumbed to colon cancer at the age of 46, he became very involved in the American Cancer Society and chaired the Orlando Cattle Baron’s Ball, heightening awareness for the organization and saving lives. When his father died suddenly of a heart attack at the YMCA, he donated a defibrillator to the YMCA. Six lives have been saved by that defibrillator. He has also is also a member of the Better Business Bureau, West Orange Chamber of Commerce, Committee 101 of West Orange, Orlando Area Board of Realtors and The Homebuilders Association. Other charitable organizations Bob has supported include American Heart Association, Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida, Make a Wish Foundation, Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, The Windermere Spring Run, Edgewood Children’s Ranch, Orlando Rescue Mission and Dr. Phillip’s Foundation for Children and Families.
