[email protected] Prior to Finxera, Sanj spent several years in Yahoo where he led the performance marketing team that developed and operated Yahoo's Cost-per-Lead (CPL) line of business which launched multiple products (such as Yahoo Tagline in Yahoo Mail, Yahoo Cross Sell in Yahoo Games etc). Sanj started his career as a corporate attorney specializing in Corporate Securities, M&A, and Privacy and he has considerable experience with the privacy and legal issues related to the marketing of consumer finance products. Sanj is a licensed real estate broker in California, and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional. Sanj graduated from Boston University School of Law (magna cum laude) and Duke University. With more than fourteen years of software development management experience, Praveer has managed the development of a wide range of technologies including payments, data security, online marketing platforms, and highly scalable applications. Prior to Finxera, Praveer oversaw research and development of performance marketing engineering at Yahoo where he formed a working group to identify and solve issues related to the end-to-end latency of banner advertisements. Before that, Praveer was the lead architect of the Relevance-X platform currently used by Acxiom to leverage the direct marketing power of PersonicX in the online environment. Praveer has received a Master’s degree in System Science and Structural Engineering from Louisiana State University. He holds a bachelors degree from National Institute of Engineering Rourkela, India. [email protected] Prashant is responsible for building and managing the Finxera, India operations consisting of Product Management, Development and Support teams. Prior to joining Finxera, Prashant built and led a strong global Engineering and IT team for BigMachines with operations both in the US and India. He built the BigMachines SaaS product from the ground up. Prashant has also fulfilled senior engineering roles at BDNA corporation at Mountain View, California and Gontermann Piepers (ISPAT Group). Prashant holds a BS in Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, India and an MS in Engineering from Louisiana State University. [email protected] Don Suva is the Chief Financial Officer at Finxera and brings over 20 years of experience in financial technology and e-commerce. In his previous position as CFO of BankServ, he was responsible for managing the financial performance of a banking technology firm that had a highly successful private equity exit. Prior to this, Don was the CFO of TransCommunications, Inc., a provider of stored value cards and wireless messaging software to the transportation industry. Don is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and has a Master's degree from the University of California at Davis.
