1. The services to be provided to the client are coaching or tele-coaching, as designed jointly with the client. Coaching, which is not advice, therapy, or counseling, may address specific personal projects, business issues, and general conditions in the client’s life or profession. 2. Throughout the working relationship, the coach will engage in direct and personal conversations. The client can count on the coach to be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests. The client understands that the power of the coaching relationship can be granted only by the client, and the client agrees to do everything suggested, assigned, or requested in order to have the coaching relationship be effective and powerful. 3. Findaway Coaching promises the client that all information provided to Findaway Coaching will be kept strictly confidential. 4. The client decides when and where a session will be scheduled and is responsible for the scheduled session. Failure to show up to a scheduled session three times will immediately terminate the agreement. The second and third time the client misses a scheduled session, the client will compensate Findaway Coaching $150 for each of those scheduled sessions. Exemptions may apply for health, family, and business emergencies. 6. The client agrees to provide Findaway Coaching with a three-day notice in the event to cancel further services. 1.
