Francisco was born in Venezuela and completed high school in London, England prior to moving to the United States where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Miami and a master’s degree in business at Florida International University. Since Femwell’s creation in 1997, Francisco has played a leading executive role as the COO and founding executive, and then eventually becoming President and board member of the company. Francisco was also involved in the design and formation of VitalMD Group Holding as well as in the creation of the TopLine MD brand. Femwell employs over 150 employees, and there are over 500 physicians affiliated with VitalMD . , an independent medical research site specializing in clinical research studies related to women’s health. With a focus on trials involving contraception, menstrual disorders, female infections, sexual dysfunction, and menopause-related issues, the site offers patients and members of the community an opportunity to participate in cutting edge research studies. The company is currently expanding into other specialties as well. Mitchell Yelen graduated from Northwestern University with a B.S.B.A. and M.B.A. in Finance before completing his J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Miami. He is a shareholder and one of the founders of Pinchasik, Yelen, Muskat, Stein, LLC, a Certified Public Accounting Firm, formed in 1984 and is affiliated with the Florida Bar Tax Section and the American Bar Association Tax Section. Mitchell specializes in litigation support in complex commercial litigation matters, planning for closely held corporations and related shareholder issues, valuation and negotiations in buying and selling businesses, complex tax research, estate and financial planning. He often does pro-bono work as an NASD Arbitrator and has conducted lectures at the New York University Tax Institute and legal education seminars for the Florida Bar.
