David Feingold, who is the leader of the firm is a graduate of Emory University located in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Feingold is a business transactions. Believing that a lawyer cannot competently represent his client in the complex business arena without both transactional and litigation experience, Mr. this has lead him on a crusade to help underprivileged children. Mr. Feingold has undertaken charity work as follows: firm 5 Responsible for the funding for a program to provide vitamins and oral dental hygiene to underprivileged children in South America Mr. Feingold has also personally been involved in many business transactions and litigation which give him a unique perspective as both a business man and lawyer in order to better be able to advise his clients.  Included in Mr. Feingold's own past business and litigation experience is: 1. In 1999 Mr. Feingold was one of the first people to ever orchestrate a tender offer of a publicly traded NASDAQ company using proxy solicitation over the internet.  The transaction was widely covered in the press (http://www.bizjournals.com/southflorida/stories/1999/05/17/newscolumn3.html?page=all) and the SEC at the time had no rules allowing for tender offer solicitation via the internet.  At that time Mr. Feingold relinquished his bid and administratively agreed to withdraw his bid due to the non-existence of any SEC rule permitting the same, however, nearly 5 years later and with the explosion of the internet as an accepted means of corporate disclosure, the technique used by Feingold has now been legally accepted. 2. In 2009 Mr. Feingold acted as outside general counsel to a mortgage company responsible for nearly $2 Billion dollars in mortgage industry transactions which was later sued by the FTC and which later settled with the FTC for nearly $18 million dollars.  Mr. Feingold was a settling defendant in the case and the case was later investigated by the Florida Bar which returned a finding in favor of Feingold by determining  no probable cause of any bar rule violations.  That trying experience, although extremely unpleasant, provided Feingold the unique and personal insight of handling a government investigation and lawsuit not only from a lawyer's perspective but also from the perspective of a private litigant.  This unique experience has allowed Feingold to provide his clients extensive guidance in navigating their own personal legal issues.
