February Corporation has served as the General Contractor for projects to include the areas of retail, restaurants, healthcare facilities, and single family homes. Our Commercial Drywall division has also completed churches, schools, shopping centers and to date over 3,000,000 square feet of the finest condominiums on the Gulf Coast. February Corporation was established in 1997 in Destin, Florida, with the intention of providing contracting services in Florida. It was founded by President, Mark C. Becnel, who was previously the CEO of Gulf Coast Building Systems, Inc. in Lafayette, Louisiana. Gulf Coast Building Systems specialized in major Health Care projects from Charleston, South Carolina to Las Vegas, Nevada. They were selected by Engineering News Record as one of the top 600 Specialty Subcontractors in America two years in a row. The February Corporation was hired for a remodeling and renovation project at Burnt Pine Golf Club in the Summer of 2010. This project was to turn the golf shop into a state of the art fitness center and to relocate the golf shop to what used to be part of the locker rooms. This involved remodeling both of the locker rooms and renovating the building where the golf shop was. Mark Becnel and his crew only had 6 days to complete this project and have the club up in running for business. They were able to meet this deadline without sacrificing their high quality of work. This is still evident today with the pristine condition the fitness center and golf shop are in. We have worked with the February Corporation on several other projects and they are always very efficient and professional while working at Burnt Pine. They are considerate of our members and meet all expectations of the job they are hired to do. Any questions or concerns we have are taken seriously and answered thoroughly in a timely fashion.
