Tom Cox joined as CEO of FCX Performance in 2015. Prior to joining FCX, Mr. Cox was Executive Vice President with MSC Industrial Supply, a NYSE listed global company, for 17 years. In that role his areas of responsibility included Field Sales, Call Centers, Ecommerce, Telesales, National and Government Accounts, and he oversaw a worldwide sales organization of 3,000 Associates. He has extensive experience in sales force effectiveness and acquisitions integration. During Tom’s tenure, MSC Industrial’s sales increased from approximately $500 million to over $2.7 billion. Before joining MSC, Mr. Cox was President of his own transportation business, MailNet, with offices in the United States and overseas. He also spent a decade in the United States and Europe with TNT Express Worldwide, an international transportation company. At TNT, he was responsible for Worldwide Sales and Marketing based in Europe and also held the position of President of the Americas. He also spent time in management for Avis Rent a Car System, LLC. Russell S. Frazee In his position as Chief Operating Officer at FCX Performance, Mr. Frazee is responsible for all facets of operations including our systems and technology, distribution, customer service, and quality controls. He played a major role in the integration of 18 acquisitions, and provides expertise and direction to our 34 branches and 18 distribution centers, helping to create North America’s premier specialty flow control distributor. Prior to joining us in 2001, Mr. Frazee spent eight years managing CompuServe Interactive Services, Inc.’s distribution operations, and additional time with Ultrex Corporation developing channel software for companies such as Emerson and ABB. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management at Ohio Dominican University and an MBA from Franklin University. Executive Vice President, Business Development Mr. Hill is FCX Performance’s Executive Vice President and has primary responsibility for business development activities including sales and marketing, vendor relations, strategic accounts, and training resources. Mr. Hill joined us in 1992, and has been part of our senior management team since 2006. He has expertise in sales, sales management, strategic accounts, and operations, as well as flow control technology and applications. Mr. Hill has assisted in the integration of many of our acquired companies and serves on a number of advisory boards of our leading manufacturers. Mr. Neese joined FCX from Cardinal Heath, a Fortune 19 company specializing in medical products manufacturing and distribution. He is a recognized leader in executing advanced and flexible supply chain practices. Mr. Neese has over 17 years of experience in various and expanding operational roles, and possesses extensive knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methods. He is responsible for all of FCX’s service, repair, purchasing, warehouse, assembly and safety operations, and driving improvements in our productivity aimed at increasing our service level to customers. Mr. Linnig leads the entire sales and sales operations organization for FCX Performance in his role as Senior Vice President of Sales. He joined FCX as part of the acquisition of Corrosion Fluid Products in 2014. A 25-year veteran with our corporation, he started his thriving career in 1994 as an outside sales representative. During his tenure with FCX Mr. Linnig has held a number of senior leadership positions, most recently Midwest Division President managing the Corrosion Fluid Process, Simone, Hughes and SW Controls divisions of FCX. He is a seasoned industry leader with deep experience in both sales and operations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business operations from DeVry University. Ms. Snowden has over 20 years of experience leading all aspects of recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, and administration for organizations including Cardinal Health, L Brands, and LCI International. Ms. Snowden is also an adjunct faculty member for the MBA/business programs at Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. She holds a master’s degree in Human Resources from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology from The Ohio State University. Brian Miller, CPA, joined FCX in 2012 as controller and was promoted to CFO in 2017. Mr. Miller has over 14 years of experience in distribution and manufacturing finance and is a key contributor to acquisition and growth initiatives. He has been instrumental in the acquisition and integration of numerous companies since 2012. As CFO Mr. Miller is responsible for leading the finance and accounting teams. Prior to joining FCX in 2012 he was a senior manager in Assurance Services with GBQ Partners where he led audit engagement, primarily in manufacturing and distributions industries. While there Mr. Miller also performed buyer and seller side due diligence and quality of earning engagements. Prior to this he served as a staff accountant with Esarey, Krisch & Esarey. Mr. Miller holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting from Ohio University.
