Family Dreams Fitness is a Health and Wellness company whose mission is to help create a more healthy and positive world. The first service that we offer is mobile personal training geared towards helping clients live a healthy lifestyle. This means eating healthy foods, getting the proper rest, having a positive attitude, and improving functional movements through exercise. To live a more full life, we will go through five stages (Education, Motivation, Preparation, Action, and Maintenance). Clients will be motivated based on their goals. My purpose is to help others reach their full potential as a person and training is an outlet for the mind. I can guarantee that after training with me, you will feel more confident in yourself and the goals that seemed impossible at first will start becoming achievable. My experience as a Physical Therapy Technician gives me knowledge on a wide range of injuries and medical conditions. This knowledge has prepared me to conduct exercise programs that help to prevent injuries as well as continuing exercise after rehab.
