This is followed by highly personalized treatment planning to address client needs.  Bob Scarff, LMHC, NCC is the founder and Clinical Director for Family Counseling of Lakeland. As a clinician, he is a state licensed mental health counselor and nationally certified counselor. Bob has worked in a number of client settings to address the needs of children, teenagers, adults, families, and couples. He utilizes an evidence-based therapeutic model approach to ensure counseling efforts promote progress for his clients.  Life is challenging.
