Barry Foote is a Co-Founder of F2 Technologies, LLC, and is the Chief Executive Officer and a Director. Mr. Foote has extensive experience in the wireless, energy, and Defense contracting segments, serving on the executive board of the National Wireless Network and as President of NorthStar Energy Group. Stephen J. Easley, Vice President for Business Development, External Affairs, and General Counsel Mr. Tanner recently joined the F2 team as COO and CFO. Mr. Tanner has served as an executive consultant to technology companies, telecommunication companies as well as private equity firms. Mr. Tanner served as a senior executive for Dobson Cellular Systems, American Cellular Corporation, and Pricellular Corporation. Mr. Tanner holds several degrees in business and human behavior.
