Frank Chase has been in the construction business for over thirty years. After graduating Rollins College in 1985, Frank began working for The Trident Group in Orlando as an owner’s representative and an in-house contractor. In 1989, he became president and owner of a small construction company, Chaco Construction and completed over 200,000 sq. ft. of commercial remodels in the Orlando area and numerous residential remodel and repair projects throughout the state. In 2011, he started F.W. Chase Enterprises, LLC to provide a wide range of services specializing in all aspects of construction, both with commercial and residential projects. While he works on all types of construction, Frank has a special passion for the stories and eccentricities that go along with old Florida homes and projects.
