Donna came to Fertility SOURCE Companies in 2006 with over 20 years’ experience in business management, where she was the General Manager of a local small business. She began at Fertility SOURCE Companies as the Director of Case Management while learning about the fertility industry, managing her own matches between intended parents and egg donors, and overseeing FSC’s staff of case managers. Her compassion for helping grow families and managerial talents were recognized when she was promoted to Chief Operating Officer, running business operations from 2011 to 2017. When former CEO Steve Masler retired at the end of 2017, the natural choice for his replacement was Donna. Steve stated, “Donna’s conscientious, reliable, and diligent work habits and management style has been responsible for much of the company’s successful history, so I am proud to make the announcement of Donna Raidy as Fertility Source Companies’ new CEO.” Fertility SOURCE Companies’ staff continues to put their full trust in Donna’s capabilities, which can be seen in the thousands of satisfied intended parents, egg donors, and surrogates. From receptionist, to Case Manager, to Business Development, and now to Director of Recruitment, Missi has extensive knowledge of all the processes and steps completed during the third party reproduction journey. With a business degree from California State University, Fullerton, Missi continually strives to improve the experience by applying research and analysis techniques to the application and screening process of egg donors, surrogates, and intended parents at Fertility SOURCE Companies. International Business Support Coordinator Ava was born in Taiwan and came to the U.S. to pursue a career in Business. She graduated from the University of California, Irvine with her Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and a concentration of Marketing. Ava has past experience working with a non-profit organization as a marketing intern, and is familiar with business both in the U.S. and Asia. Ava is fluent in Chinese, Taiwanese and English. Starting in 2015, she provides Fertility SOURCE Companies with the means to communicate with clientele in these languages. It is her goal to help intended parents and egg donors to move through the process of their journey with ease and comfort.
