Express Parking provides a thorough testing program initiated through the use of its own exclusive video training program and manuals. We will provide a 10-page employee manual customized for your location policies and procedures. All managers are trained with a separate 40-page manager’s handbook. These programs include areas from key identification, policies and procedures to customer service. Without a doubt, this program is the most up-to-date and advanced in the business.
