We pursue your expert(s) based on the criteria you provide us with. Generally, we begin with a complaint or other filing which our on-staff counsel analyzes to assist us. We often have a very brief follow-up call to fill in any questions we may have. When we find a qualified candidate, we will provide you with a one or two page presentation summary so you don’t have to waste your time determining if you are interested or not in speaking with them. If you want to speak with them, we will work with you to set a convenient time and provide the candidate with your conference call number. Often times you will want to have others at your firm be participants on the call and we have found that using your conference call service is more effective than use of a 3-way call. Once you decide, you engage the expert directly. (Specifically, you and the expert make the agreement. We do not provide you with a contract that you will have to pour over and decipher.) We have completed our task – there is no continuing “middleman” relationship. Although we have worked with many experts, we are a database of experts and don’t limit our search to a databases.
