My name is Alberto Suarez and I’m the President of Expedited Consulting, Inc. I started working in late 2014 at the Growth Management Division in Collier County, Florida as a Planning Technician where I had to deal with the daily processing of permit applications for Residential and Commercial construction work being done within the County. I learned the many aspects of the permitting process both by doing a regular intake of permit applications face to face with different customers and by also helping many contractors with permit applications they submitted online.  After working for both of these organizations I came to realize that it was time for me to use my skill set to help Builders, Contractors, and Property owners avoid the tedious and difficult process of applying through the different jurisdictions in this area. My job as a Permitting Service provider consists of educating and informing you what exactly are the requirements and specific documents that will be needed at the time of submitting your application. While working at both of these locations I could also see firsthand how much time can be lost by not providing the necessary documents and forms needed for your permits.
