After five years full time, Tim gave into his desire to be an entrepreneur and started his first company providing personal security. Post 9-11, he went on to complete contracts with the newly formed Transportation Security Administration as a master instructor in checked baggage screening. He supervised 25 instructors and assisted in the training of over 25,000 TSA Screeners. In 2008, Tim returned to the operations side of the house and Executive Solutions Worldwide (ESW) was born. ESW was created to provide high-end investigative and protective solutions to discerning clients. Based in Central and South Florida ESW has quickly developed a solid client base with global connections. Cynterra Lezotte is Executive Solutions Worldwide’s (ESW) Vice President of Operations, with responsibility for the company’s Global Marketing, Corporate Communications, and Government and Community Relations. She is responsible for positioning ESW’s growth strategy, cultivating opportunities in new and existing customer markets and growing demand for ESW’s solutions globally. Cynterra started out in property management and later moved into luxury real estate sales. Over 15 years of experience in marketing as well as asset and client management has made her an invaluable addition to ESW’s team. Her development of CLC Luxury Management, which is quickly becoming a premier travel agency, further facilitates ESW’s ability to leave no request unanswered. We are now able to fulfill all of our client’s unique travel and lodging requests in-house, keeping the discretion they require. He has provided physical security as well as surveillance detection for federal clients in the DC area. He has worked extensively with the US Secret Service, FBI, and the Capital Hill Counter Surveillance Unit. Operations. He served in Iraq from 2007-2009 flying hundreds of missions in support of combat operations. After leaving the Army he returned as a UAV pilot and maintainer with a private company in support of Joint Operations in Afghanistan and Iraq. Executive Solutions Worldwide, LLC.
