They were friendly, efficient and honest. This was my first time buying a car and they explained everything very clearly and made sure I understood everything before buying. They also were able to make small fixes to the vehicle upon my request before purchasing and held the vehicle for me despite many others being interested so I could get a second opinion from my family. The staff was not overly pushy about the sale which was very nice and did not make me nervous at any point. I would recommend this place to friends who are looking for a used vehicle. My girlfriend's car was recently totaled during hurricane Irma. Although the insurance company had already paid off her car and sent her a check in the mail so she could get a new car, the previous loan had not yet fallen off of her credit yet. We walked into executive motors of Tampa with low expectations of leaving with a car because of this. But thanks to Mike and Larry being completely awesome and doing everything the could to help us, we were able to walk away with a 2015 Mazda3! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. After renting a car in Europe this summer, I had my first experience with a BMW, and fell in love. When I got back I asked Bruce to look for one, and sure enough he found one with my specifications and at an affordable price!
