her Master's Degree in Exceptional Student Education with a Concentration in Behavior Disorders, from the University of South Florida in 2012. Leigh Anne has worked in the field of Developmental Disabilities and Autism, since 2000. She has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2007 and has held Professional Teaching Certificates in Exceptional Student Education and Elementary Education (since 2001). Leigh Anne has extensive experience working within the public school system and collaborates with multiple schools to provide educator training and exceptional student program creation. She provides high quality ABA therapy to students within the school, community and their family homes. She also has experience with providing Social Skills and Functional Communication Training-Verbal Behavior (VB-MAPP and ABLLS-R programs). Audrey received her Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences from the University of West Florida in 2004, with a major in Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice. Audrey received her Master's Degree in Exceptional Student Education with Applied Behavior Analysis as a primary concentration from the University of West Florida in 2012. Audrey has worked in the field of Developmental Disabilities and Autism since 2011. She earned her Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst in January of 2013. Audrey has experience in working with individuals diagnosed with Asperger's, Autism and Intellectual Delay within the private school, public school, residential, and community settings. Audrey utilizes the principals of Applied Behavior Analysis to reduce problem behaviors while concurrently increasing socially appropriate replacement behaviors  when teaching adolescents and children diagnosed with Autism.  She provides high quality ABA Therapy and is passionate about incorporating Functional Communication Training into an individual's programming, specifically Vocal Verbal Behavior Training (receptive and expressive language) by utilizing comprehensive, evidenced-based measurement tools such as the ABLLS-R and VB-MAPP. Alexis May Charrys is a graduate of Hawaii Pacific University where she received her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology in 2007. She accomplished this as an accelerated student. This acknowledgement was granted by her department dean due to her scholarly excellence which enabled her to graduate a year and a half earlier than her peers. She has graduated from Capella University after pursuing a triple specialization Master's degree of Science in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, and Child and Adolescent Developmental Psychology. Alexis has been dedicated to the special needs community for the past 13 years by continuously volunteering for the Special Olympics across numerous states and participating in the military Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP). She has extensive experience with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), including Asperger's Syndrome and Pervasive Developmental Disorder and other disorders such as Auditory Processing Disorder, Down Syndrome, and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). She provides high quality ABA therapy to children and adolescents in the school setting, as well as in home and in the community.
