MISSION Created by Entertainment Professionals Gee & Colleen Bethancourt; Evolution Performing Arts offers excellence in performing arts education, with a focus on creating a welcoming, encouraging, and challenging environment. Our curriculum is evaluated yearly, in order to ensure that all students are matched with the correct classes and instructors. But more importantly, at Evolution we pride ourselves in providing a safe environment for all students to become the best version of themselves... not only as performers, but also as individuals. We believe that our students will one day be world changers... and it is our job to guide them and encourage them. Evolution was born in August of 2007, in Cocoa, FL. Offering dance ad fitness classes, Evolution played an integral part of growing the performing arts community in Brevard County. Evolution later evolved into Evolution Entertainment... providing DJ and Choreography for private entities, production companies and cruise lines all over Central and South Florida (both coasts). In 2018, it evolved again, becoming Evolution Performing Arts, and settling in the east coast of South Florida with the intent to provide an avenue for new entertainers to be born. Today, Evolution promises to expose students to the industry, while allowing them to discover their passion!
