Mike is gifted in big-picture thinking, helping organize leadership teams, and teaching / coaching other leaders. His experience has been focused in contexts where nothing is established and very little support is available for new ideas. One of Mike’s primary strengths is creating an ideological framework for others to work in and exercise their gifts. Amber has been organizing and leading various ministry and missional efforts for over 20 years. In Gainesville, she organized a new children’s ministry, created an all-female worship band, helped run large conferences and workshops, and hosted and lead various small groups. During the past 10 years in South Florida, Amber has used her entrepreneurial and organizational skills to help support The Well and the various simple churches that have been started. She has established discipleship relationships with many women and become a mentor to other women leaders. Amber has also been instrumental in launching a bi-annual week of 24-7 prayer in the area and an artist’s collective.
