EVERGREEN CARLSON INC. – Evergreen Carlson is a company which was established in 1997. In the past we have been involved in stevedoring, property evaluation, construction materials (mining), along with barge and terminal construction. We have developed distribution terminaling and marketing along the Gulf coast of Florida for other large and international companies. Our team works to present opportunity to equity investment partners. We have developed a process which takes property held by large land owners and converts value in the areas of real estate uplift. We have a broad range of experience, from the evaluation of geology exploration for mine sites for construction materials to determining land strategic industry placement and land value (construction materials, product distribution, renewable energy sites). – Carey is President and Founder of Evergreen Carlson, Inc. He has worked with Lafarge N.A. in development of their U.S. aggregate distribution network for their Jamaican aggregate quarry production. He has over 25 years of experience in the construction raw materials and marketing business. Carey worked with Plum Creek Timber on the development and permitting of aggregate operations throughout their U.S. land ownership as Director of the Construction & Industrial Minerals Division. He also was the Director of their Industrial Site and Distribution Development initiative. – John has an extensive background in real estate, spanning a period of 33 years. His focus is primarily in areas of development, including site acquisitions, project management and the securing of financing for industrial and distribution facilities. John is managing partner of JT3 LLC, a multi disciplined real estate firm and recently served as COO of Alliant-Partners, LLC. He also served as Regional V.P. for the Hogan Group where he was responsible for all development projects and also oversaw the brokerage division. Evergreen Carlson has international investments in Belize which look to provide a unique opportunity for distribution and construction development. We are currently developing a site in southern Belize to facilitate distribution of goods and products through the Port of Big Creek. At this location we will site warehousing and distribution facilities.
