We played very well and learned quite a bit at the same time. Little things like pre-game rituals are different over there; the players get ready different – they are in the hall playing soccer and running around. From that perspective it’s totally different then North America, where you come out of the locker room spitting tacks because you are so fired up to play. In Europe it is a way different approach to the game. It’s very competitive - it’s just a different, almost more laid-back, way of getting there. But when the puck drops, both teams are ready to go! Bradley Doshan has been the managing director of Eurosportours for more than thirteen years. Brad is from Minneapolis, Minnesota, and played hockey for the University of Minnesota, winning the 1979 National Championship with coach Herb Brooks. Brad went on to play for the Minnesota North Stars farm team and then for eight years in the Italian Professional League, already a ‘play/coach at age twenty-four. Brad now has over twenty-five years of coaching/consulting experience in Italy, Switzerland, and England and now manages  Eurosportours full-time residing in both the USA and Italy.  Brad has written and produced a documentary on Italian Hockey entitled  'La Dolce Vita On Ice', worked as a hockey consultant and commentator, and enjoys his free time boating. Giusi Lucini is the top rated guide in the Lake Como region of Italy. Born on the Lake, Giusi moved to Johannesburg, South Africa at an early age and thus speaks both Italian and English fluently. With a degree in Marketing, Giusi began working as a guide part-time eight years ago and found her calling. Her passion, energy, knowledge of Italian history and art, and ability to relate to people from all walks of life is unmatched. Giusi has worked with Eurosportours for the last five years has been adored by all who have met her. Sofie Herzi is the Marketing Director and oversees the administration and web-site for Eurosportours. Sofie is from Belgium and has a degree in Business.
