German Motors Collision Center is one of the nation’s largest BMW Certified Collision Repair Centers. Training requirements to maintain this certification greatly exceed the industry norm. BMW mandates that every employee receive training annually, with the top 20 percent of employees needing several classes just to maintain certified status. A third-party consulting firm monitors program compliance and makes up to four visits per year to inspect repair quality, parts and materials usage, and annual training requirements. In addition, our Insurance Company partners require that we maintain the stringent I-CAR Gold and new Pro-Level 2 Classifications. For this, German Motors Collision Center sends technicians to a minimum of two 4-hour classes every year to obtain the certification. All of our level one body technicians are certified welders and 100% of our technicians receive training from both BMW of North America and The Inter-Industry Conference on Auto Repair (I-CAR). Repairs are assessed using our proven triage process for damage identification and analysis, ensuring that an accurate repair plan is created before we begin repairs. All BMW and MINI repairs performed by German Motors Collision Center carry a limited warranty backed by BMW of North America. We have used German Motors Collision Center for body repair work a number of times over the past 12 years. They are always professional, friendly, and do excellent work.
