ESTA’s main methodology provides real opportunities for creating a solid and powerful team. We are constantly work on team development to develop over time, with something as simple as creating a lineup out of various age groups. We consider the players technical levels, tactical skills and physical fitness ability. Using the players’ individual skills chart, we are able to evaluate and develop each player’s temperament and motivation to succeed. Our unique testing procedures deliver accurate results. Simply, our program is designed to bridge the huge misunderstanding that currently exists between Club soccer and Academy soccer. We are able to give our players meaningful opportunities and greater experiences designed to help them progress forward and understand what All players in the soccer school are exposed trough several tests to confirm their basic soccer skill and fitness abilities as well. Subjective coaching opinion is important factor for player's rating too. We collect all valid test results and player’s information and we are able to follow and influence into player development. ESTA doesn't have a limited time for soccer school training. Our philosophy is to provide training as much player need to be ready for selection into Triggers teams. Minimum training time is four weeks. Independent, privately owned Academy dedicated to providing possibly the best modern soccer training available through a blend of European and Brazilian methodologies. ESTA provides an opportunity for real player development rarely seen in standard soccer clubs.  Our programs range from ESTA Basic Level through the ESTA Master level as dictated by the progress and commitment level of the individual players.  ESTA provides the opportunity to athletes selected from our Academy to participate in local and international tournaments via our Triggers F.C. soccer team. We also offer several technical camps through the year. Our athletes are trained by skilled professionals who provide a true soccer education. ESTA's organizational design provides the opportunity for our academy players to be seen by international and national clubs and scouts. We offer various types of memberships and we are dedicated to find the best solutions for you without any conflict of interest with your current club or if you are an open player.
