Joseph Reese has spent the majority of the past 29 plus years of his career successfully managing major programs in the space-lift industry as well as programs in the railroad industry.  As President and Founder of ESEER Consulting, LLC Mr. Reese leads a consulting team providing strategic technology services to customers.  Mr. Reese also spent many of those early years successfully leading large development teams on major programs building systems which enable our nation’s space-lift ranges to safely launch rockets into orbit.  In addition, Mr. Reese has lead consulting teams providing strategic direction and insight to customers on systems required for space-lift.   Coupled with the years spent leading development teams in the space-lift  industry, Mr. Reese also held leadership positions at GE developing railroad dispatching system which allows major railroads to safely dispatch trains throughout North America,   Mr. Reese also spent years as a developer himself which is often reflected in his strategic direction and tenacious insight when leading teams. Prior to forming ESEER Consulting, Mr. Reese credits his success to the various development and leadership roles held throughout those years starting with GE (formerly RCA Service Corporation), further honing his leaderships skills during his years at CSC, Raytheon, and later at GE again.  Mr. Reese also acknowledge the disciplined work ethic instilled in him at a young age by his mother, a seamstress Manager on a factory floor for 25 plus years, his grandfather a sharecropper and skilled carpenter as well as his father who worked in chemical plant for 40 years where he held the position of Chief Operator. Mr. Reese has been acknowledged for his leadership throughout the years on various development and consultant teams.  He also has been honored for his work in the community where he is a member of the Rockledge Rotary Club.  After Mr. Reese’s second year in the Club he captured Rotarian of the year largely due to his role leading the club’s signature fund raiser event with the primary benefactor being a local organization that helps kids with early learning educational assistance.  WHO WE ARE ESEER Consulting, LLC is technology consulting firm specializing in high technology systems engineering, system architecture, software engineering, strategic planning, and independent system assessments.  We provide consulting services to the marketplace rendering solutions to customers immediate and long term challenges.
