Eli Rouimi - CEO & Founder, EroRentals “Computer Geeks”, a company created to fix computers and build websites, was founded as a start-up by Eli Rouimi, at a young age of 12. Within the initial few days of establishment, Mr. Rouimi came to the understanding that the company has a diverse scope in the field of web development. To realize this potential, eventually, EroWebCom was started. EroWebCom initially started developing websites as per the requirements of clients and at later stages ventured into developing Eli Rouimi’s own project. With an aim to provide optimum and cost efficient internet marketing solutions, EroWebCom outsourced work to different countries such as the Philippines and India & OutsourceCanada.com was born. After graduating with a B.A. in Biology and Sociology from Yeshiva University, Eli enrolled to Nova Southeastern University to pursue his MBA (Masters of Business Administration) with a specialization in Entrepreneurship. He was selected to be placed on Dean’s list as the top graduate of his class year, with Sigma Beta Delta recognition, an International Honor Society for Business, Management and Administration. While waiting to get accepted into the Dental school, Eli Rouimi obtained a real estate license in 2006. With this obtained, Rouimi diversified into various business ventures alongside real estate. With a modest start and vast experience in web development and online sales, he has been selling electronics, clothing and dental equipment on online portals like eBay and Amazon since 2000, enabling him to fund his studies on his own. Eli moved back to Canada as he was accepted into Dentistry at the D.M.D. program of McGill University, a highly selective program that only accepts 20 students a year. Eli decided after his first year in dental school to leave the program and pursue his passion in business. The investment side of real estate was founded around the same time by the name of EroEstate. This company was purely a real estate company focusing on acquisition and disposition of non-performing mortgage notes ranging from residential properties to commercial ones too. With zeal to remain the most successful entrepreneur and achieve an unparalleled success, Eli works a minimum of 75 hours a week, the foundation behind EroRentals and EroEstate being amongst the fastest growing vacation rental and real estate companies of South Florida. Mr. Rouimi took up the challenge to create a partnership relationship by having an investment pool with various partners included, in contrast to competing for hierarchical divisions.
