ERIN Contracting is currently licensed in 18 states and is constantly expanding the geographic area served in response to customer need. This capacity provides customers with the dependability they have come to expect from us in any market they require. ERIN Contracting, LLC was formed in 2004. The president, Matt McMahon, is a graduate of Villanova University. Matt graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, which has provided him with the technical knowledge required in today’s construction industry. In a short amount of time, ERIN Contracting has established itself as one of the premier general contractors for retail and commercial construction. This includes ground up new construction as well as renovation of existing spaces. Whether it is free standing, shopping center, or in a mall, ERIN contracting has experience in all work environments. While we believe in an open shop work environment, ERIN Contracting has the ability to complete projects using union workforce as the need arises. In addition to its staple work in the retail market, ERIN Contracting has completed countless other commercial construction projects including office & medical building renovations, restaurant remodels, gas station improvements, food store development, grocery store construction and telecommunication towers. We believe in a “big picture” approach to construction. Our team regularly helps customers develop prototypes, streamline their design and development processes and expedite their national account programs in an effort to improve their construction processes. Unlike many general contractors who are driven by the bottom line, we are more concerned about the overall viability of the customer and their ability to grow and develop their brand.
