In 1990, Brad entered the residential real estate investment business, buying, repairing, and selling nearly 50 homes over the next two years. He became licensed as a real estate agent in 1990, with New Horizon Realty in Hollywood, FL., where he quickly became the company’s top producer. At the same time, he formed his own licensed mortgage lending company, RGS Investments, Inc. In 1992, Brad shifted from property investing to become a full time real estate agent and mortgage lender, catering strictly to the needs of fellow real estate investors. In 1998, Brad became a licensed real estate broker, and combined all real estate and mortgage activities under the newly established name, EquityMax, Inc. EquityMax has built on the early successes of RGS and Brad’s work at New Horizon to become one of the leaders in our segment of the real estate and mortgage industry. Brad was born and raised in Miami, and has lived his whole life in South Florida. He is a proud graduate of Coral Gables Sr. High School and the University of Miami. While Gregory joined EquityMax full time since 2008, he has been actively involved with the business since 2002, when he first obtained his Real Estate Sales Associate license. Subsequently, he has obtained his Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Loan Originator licenses in Florida. Since he started at EquityMax, Gregory has been a key contributor in generating new client relationships as well as nurturing existing client business. Most recently, he has been responsible for a company-wide technological overhaul, including implementing new mortgage software that services a growing portfolio of mortgage notes and automating a number of administrative procedures. He has had an integral role in expanding the company’s day-to-day operations to cover the entire state of Florida, facilitating new loan opportunities in major metropolitan areas such as Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville. Gregory holds a bachelor’s degree from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University. Originally from Peru, Elly has been an integral part of EquityMax since the company’s inception. Prior to joining, she developed an early expertise in business as the purchasing manager for both a South Florida textile manufacturer and a local distributor of containers and packing materials. Currently, Elly is EquityMax’s top sales and closing coordinator. As a Licensed Sales Associate, she spearheads the effort to match available investment properties with buyers who seek them. From the time a property becomes available, an offer is made, or a loan application is received, Elly works relentlessly on the transaction until consummated and closed. She has built a reputation industry-wide of doing what it takes to get things done, and done right! Elly holds a bachelor’s degree from Broward College in Business Administration.
