Bobbi Rottman, the CEO of Eques Solutions, Inc., provides leading-edge, professional marketing solutions for businesses within the equine industry and businesses striving to reach the elite equestrian audience. Rottman brings years of industry experience and expertise in helping equestrian athletes, private owners, local agencies, non-profits and top equine facilities achieve their marketing goals through traditional and innovative methods. Her practice focuses on maximizing organizations financial goals through marketing to the horse community. Strengths include developing marketing strategies, market analysis, effective negotiations, creative ad campaigns, and excellent customer service. An accomplished leader, she is recognized as a professional by her peers in the industry as a rider, trainer, business manager, and entrepreneur. She worked side by side with renowned professionals such as: Grand Prix rider and international trainer, Katie Prudent; Grand Prix rider, trainer, Judy Garofalo Torres; Argentine Olympian Federico Sztyrle, and other elite private riders and owners. Rottman is a graduate of the leading sales and leadership development organization in North America, Sandler Sales Institute. She is a member of the South Florida Hunters Jumpers Association, the United States Equestrian Federation, the Sandler Sales Institute President’s Club, and the Wellington Equestrian Committee. Born and raised in Palm Beach County, Florida, Rottman is an avid equestrian competitor and animal lover. As a passionate entrepreneur, Eques Solutions is her third successful business venture. Lauren joined Eques Solutions in 2010 as Creative Director, where she oversees integrated concepts across all media platforms. Lauren has a bachelors degree in Graphic Design. With over 19 years of experience, she has worked with major agencies and clients around the world, from Miami, California and New York to Spain, China and Korea. Specializing in packaging design, corporate identity, collateral, stationery design, creative development of advertising campaigns such as print, Direct Response and Web. Lauren loves the ability to do things the “Eques Solutions" way, inspired by horses and the versatile equestrian world, her creative ideas come to life everyday. Imported from Venezuela, Lauren currently lives in South Florida and when she’s not artfully designing ads, she enjoys riding her horses, rescuing strays and caring for her Home-Zoo. As a graduate of Point Loma Nazarene University with a degree in biochemistry, Brandon retrained himself in programming, database management and cloud computing to take advantage of the rapidly expanding online industry. He contributes his 7 years of computing and web security experience to the Eques Solutions Team. He has created online branding for businesses in the real estate, insurance, education, accounting, medical and solar industries. His efforts through website optimization and SEO helped these business obtain thousands of page views each month. Freelance writer and public relations executive with 25 years of experience in both professions. Specializes in promoting professional athletes and their charity events, including former NFL players Heath Evans and Ben Grubbs. Has a comprehensive PR and marketing background in polo, show jumping, golf, business and real estate. Also helps coordinate two charity golf tournaments in Palm Beach County since 2012. Alex has over a decade of experience in business relations, corporate and organizational communications, brand management, marketing, editorial writing, and event planning in a wide range of industries including: financial, retail, entertainment and equestrian. Alex helps maximize media potential for brands through traditional public relations as well as through digital publicity and social media. Her goal is to get messages to the media and ultimately to the consumer to help build a brand. JAMES WOOSTER - Video Production James adds a creative and eccentric flare to the Eques Solutions team as the head of video production. His talents surpass any in the industry. He has the experience and skill to produce, edit, and film any kind of video production from testimonials and commercials to reality shows. James spent 25 years in the outrageous rock and roll industry working with bands such as "Twister Naked" in Los Angeles, California. After his career in the rock and roll industry, James stayed in Los Angeles to work for 15 years in Motion Picture advertising with clients such as Universal Pictures, Sony Pictures, Columbia Tri-Star, MGM Entertainment, Buena Vista Home Video, Paramount Pictures, and Warner Brothers. He moved to South Florida and spent 2 years with PBS television before joining the equestrian sport. James was the video producer for the Winter Equestrian Festival for 7 years as well as the video producer for the Palm Beach International Polo Club and the Wanderers Club for 2 years. James has an eye for the equestrian industry along with the extensive skill set of a producer to offer Eques Solutions' clients the best quality videos. over 30 years of business and practical experience in the equine industry, we are well placed to offer strategic marketing, promotional direction and business development skills across a wide spectrum.
