As founder and CEO of EPMA, Michael is responsible for guiding the team through his vision, setting corporate strategy, driving revenue and helping to maintain the company’s key relationships with customers and vendors. Kaly Chapman is the Vice President of Business Development and Marketing.  Kaly partners with business leaders to determine if and how EPMA's services and solutions are a fit for their business.  With an extensive background in client relationship management, she oversees the customer experience to ensures clients get the attention they deserve. Business Development & Marketing Richard Burgess extensive experience and track record helping organizations implement operational efficiencies, change management and build strategic  PMOs and helping drive organizational profitability, positions him to lead EPMA's Project Management Practice and be part of EPMA's leadership team. David heads EPMA’s Technology and Application Development verticals. David is a results oriented technologist with 17 years of multinational experience delivering technology services and solutions, supporting mission-critical platforms to a wide array of industries. Mike is the Vice President of PPM solutions. He has extensive experience helping client organizations maximize and optimize the value of their project and application portfolios by refining process and simplifying their technology. He is proven subject matter expert on developing and implementing Project Portfolio Management (PPM) methodologies, governance practices, processes, analyses and tools. Ali Al is the Chief Technology Officer and head of Development at EPMA. Ali's broad technology expertise helps create solutions to challenges through the use of technology. Helping clients build a complete Project and Portfolio Management solution in their organizations from infrastructure, architecture, implementations and development. Prasanna Adavi (PMP, MCTS, MCITP) is a Project MVP, a Senior Project Portfolio Management Consultant, and the Director of Portfolio Solutions.  With over a decade experience in project and portfolio management solutions, Prasanna specializes in helping organizations meet their objectives by building business driven solutions. Prasanna has been with EPMA since its founding and is also accountable for EPMA's brand management and publications. Ginger leads the HR and Administrative team with more than 20 years experience specializing in small to mid-size organizations. Ginger is responsible for human resources and benefits, as well as managing the company's daily operations and corporate-wide administrative areas including travel, facilities management, real estate, and other business support services. Leigh-Anne leads  EPMA's business operations, responsible for the performance management and development of all EPMA personnel. In addition, her team ensures the smooth operation of the business  by ensuring compliance, policies, safety and standards are followed and constantly improved for the betterment of the organization and the EPMA team.
